Sherman’s wonderful inclusive morning yoga class is a slow and mindful flow linking breath with movement and employing a longer holding of the yoga postures. Her emphasis on mindfulness helps increase your ability to experience sensation without becoming overly reactive to it.
This class is intended for all levels so everyone can experience yoga that is both relaxing and invigorating.
Bring your yoga mat, strap, and block if you have them. If not, a bath towel and a belt will do.

Sherman Fracher has been a Registered Yoga Teacher for 15 years in the Kripalu tradition. She is also an amazing actress, avid gardener, and cook. One of her greatest joys is sharing yoga knowledge with other interested practitioners.
