“Another wonderful Cowgirl Camp, communing with nature, unplugging, seeing cowgirl friends from previous years, making new friends. Peace art, love, and nature, and meaningful classes at Little Wing Hollow. Thank you for a fantastic weekend.” Donna Poe New Albany, Indiana
"This was amazing! Anessa and crew put on a great event, Lots to do but not TOO much so we'd have time to ramble and chat and relax and BE. The classes were all interesting to me and fun. The property is wild and beautiful and just enough "glamp" to put some extra kick in camping. Shower house, art trail, and the river some of my favorite parts. And oh the FOOD! YUM! Can't wait to go back!" Dawn Bruneau Louisville, Kentucky
"This place is so gorgeous. The people are amazing. The atmosphere is relaxing. It's one of the most magical places to spend your weekend." Holly Westenfdorf Russiaville, Indiana
"Riding this nostalgic wave of bliss after spending a weekend in nature with beautiful souls I now call friends/cowgirls. I am so grateful I was able to spend some time at Little Wing Hollow. Words cannot describe how magic and healing this sacred space truly is. Thank you Anessa and Beau for creating a place where I could be my authentic self." Nikki Tonini Louisville, Kentucky
"Another Cowgirl Camp in the books. A torrential downpour the first night left things a bit soggy but didn’t dampen our spirits. The sun came out on day two and rewarded us with a beautiful sunset. The best part was time spent with good friends old and new. ❤️ Anessa Arehart thank you for sharing Little Wing Hollow and for all the work you do to give us this experience. Love you!" Michelle Knox Louisville, Kentucky
"In one word, MAGIC! Painting, wild flowers, the herbal class, the orphaned wild animals, Chef Judy's dinner at sunset on the hill, hot coffee in the morning and cold coffee just when we needed it the most, the beautiful river, forest and decorations. Anessa's artistic touch everywhere. There was love and kindness wherever we walked. I think I talked too much, but my heart was bubbling with joy and every face wore a smile. Cowgirl Camp is unique and not to be missed. We were challenged and went home stronger than when we arrived." Toni Moslemi Goshen, Kentucky
"It was such a special weekend for my girls and me, but also importantly I was able to reconnect with an old (not age old, time old) bestie of my sisters and that alone was worth the 9 hour drive...highlights were kayaking (I have realized I absolutely love it!) painting (I absolutely suck at it), learning about tiny house living and minimal living, and honestly....if there has to be a favorite I adored meeting Jennifer and Craig Caudill of Nature Reliance School to learn about some true survival techniques AND (my favorite) foraging for wild edible and medicinal plants. We used the amazing outdoor spa showers and we made the most beautiful homemade terrariums (of which we found our own plants for-so cool!)....we also endured heat to rain storms and back to heat again (as any good Cowgirl should). Which resulted one evening in a beautiful rainbow. On our way out of town we saved a turtle(as any good nature lover would). I cannot speak highly enough or express enough gratitude to Anessa Arehart and her husband Beau Walsburger for creating this event for all of us cowgirls! 🙏🏻 Many many thanks and can’t wait for next Cowgirl Camp!!!" "Another magical weekend at Little Wing Hollow! 😊 " MichelleGross Louisville, Kentucky
"What a magical weekend of learning, living and doing at beautiful Little Wing Hollow! We're already looking forward to next year. Many thanks to you and Beau for being such amazing hosts, and for lining up such an inspiring group of thinkers and teachers to empower us. Loved every moment (stormy weather included!). Love you guys. XO" Carrie Cutter Abner Georgetown, Kentucky
"Terrific and thoughtful line-up of presentations or some physical activity or the ability to just kick back and gaze at the sky!" Melody Hughes Georgetown, Kentucky
"Just returned from Cowgirl Camp at Little Wing Hollow! Absolutely lovely place and people! And it's so great to know that I can survive in the woods on my own with just a tent & no electricity & 30+ more well-stocked and camp-savvy women, a catered dinner, various yummy vendor people including a massage therapist & a smoothie/coffee truck. Yes, I survived! Not pictured are the not-so-glamorous parts like the WICKED thunderstorms that came through Friday night & Saturday morning, the resulting mud & puddles of water in my very moist tent (surrounded by giant bullfrogs) Heard owls both nights! But it was awesome!" 😍🧚♂️👒🐸🐔🍄🌼🌿⚡️⛈💧☮️ LauraSaleem Louisville, Kentucky
"This is such an awesome experience. We had a beautiful light show with lightening on Friday night but this did not stop all the fun. We woke up Saturday to a beautiful sunny day full of wonderful classes and lots of laughing. There was a delicious catered dinner and beautiful music afterwards. Sunday we woke to a catered oatmeal and muffin breakfast. We enjoyed fun classes and more laughs before saying our goodbyes until next year. Thanks to Anessa and Beau (and Justin and Jeni) for all your hard work and a perfect weekend." Jan Crone Covington, Kentucky
