Amanda is a meditation teacher, mindfulness coach and psychologist. After receiving her PhD in Psychology, her work with mindfulness began while she was a professor. She enjoyed teaching meditation and began offering classes in the community, at festivals, in corporate settings, and now she is a full-time meditation teacher. Her training includes Vipassana and MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction), and many esoteric traditions. She recently founded an online meditation school, JustBreathe, and can be found leading live meditations on Instagram.
